Delivery & Returns


All Cyprus orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from receiving your order, with the exception of holiday periods, in either of the below methods, which you can select upon completing your order.  

  • Collection from Courier
  • Home Delivery

For Greece orders, please allow an approximate period of between 5-8 business days from receiving your order.

For any international orders, please feel free to send us an email at, for shipping costs and estimates.

Returns in case of Damages & issues with your order

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any orders.  Returns are only accepted in the unlikely event that a product is faulty. If you wish to return a product, you may exchange it with another product of your choice. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the unlikely event that any product arrives damaged or broken, our courier & shippers require photo documentation for reimbursement & quality control.  Please snap a photo with your phone and e-mail the image to with your name and a brief message, and we will ship a replacement within a few days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned/exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
